Choose one organiser to collect quantities, sizes, colours and artwork. Agree who will approve the final proof and give families a clear internal response date. Collecting the information together helps avoid conflicting versions of the order.
Mixed sizes from XS to 3XL are available. Confirm garment measurements and any fit questions before submitting your final sizes rather than relying on age alone.
Make the design meaningful
Your school identity, class year and a names design can create a recognisable keepsake. Keep names and spelling consistent, and have the organiser check the full proof carefully before approval. Include any sleeve, back or individual personalisation requirements in your initial brief.
Leavers’ hoodie orders of 25 or more include a names list on the back. On hoodie orders of 50 or more, the organiser receives a free hoodie. Confirm your order requirements and included artwork in your quote.

Give your deadline enough room
Work backwards from the day you need to hand out the clothing. Leave time to collect sizes, check names and approve the design. The published fulfilment timeframe is 7–15 days, but you should confirm your required date and order slot before committing to a school event.
A free digital mock-up is provided before payment, so your group can review the proposed design. Delivery is made to one UK address under the published offer, ready for the organiser to distribute.
